If you have looked at my web page you will have read that I have been in the fitness industry for more than 30 years.
In that time I have seen many changes in the information people have been given about nutrition and exercise. There is now, more than ever, vast amounts of misinformation regarding these topics so my suggestion would be to seek the advice and help of a professional in the fitness industry e.g. an experienced Personal Trainer, a dietitian, a Sports Physiologist or a combination of these three.
What I would like to tell you that hasn’t changed is there is no magic pill! Although we all want to be healthy, fit and strong we still have to do the following:-
1. Be realistic – move from fantasy in your mind to reality.
2. Be accountable to yourself – be committed and dedicated (or employ someone to help you)
3. Nutrition – learn what this is – fresh, unprocessed protein, carbohydrates and fats.
AND NO EXCUSES!
