Chop broccilini, asparagus and red capsicum and place in a pan with coconut oil, put spinach leaves on top and cook for two (2) minutes. Separate into 3 bowls and for variety sprinkle feta cheese on top of one, raw smoked salmon on another and an egg on the third (don’t forget to cook the egg though lol!).
