Specific Fitness Program & Assessment

At Peak Performance all fitness goals are catered for whether it be to climb Mt Everest or change your lifestyle.  I suggest a fitness assessment which measures your fitness, strength, flexibility and total body composition – weight, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat and your girth measurements.  This is redone every 6-8 weeks to weeks to measure your improvements. A specific fitness training program is provided for you weekly and followed up in your next appointment.  This way you can specifically achieve your goals.
