Bec can take you through a personalised fitness assessment that measures your fitness, strength and flexibility. Then she will analyse your body composition, including weight, body fat, bone and muscle mass, visceral fat, and girth.

After designing a personalised fitness training program to make the changes you want to see, Bec will conduct a new assessment every six to eight weeks. With each assessment, you can see exactly how far you’ve come, and what still needs work.
